What happens on the first visit?
Every service starts with an inspection, and pest inspections are free. We look for current pest activity and the conditions that attract pests, like moisture, gaps around doors and pipes, and wood touching soil. Then we explain what we found and recommend a treatment plan for your property.
Are your treatments safe around kids and pets?
We use professional-grade products and apply them according to their label directions. Before we treat, we'll tell you exactly where we're applying product and how long to keep children and pets away from treated areas.
Do I need ongoing service or a one-time treatment?
It depends on the pest. Some problems can be handled with a single visit, but most homes in our climate do best on a recurring prevention plan. After the inspection, we'll put together the right plan and service schedule for your home.
